So, I’ve had a Cintiq for about a year now, and have really only used it for age progressions, photo retouches, and the like. I decided to try my hand at doing a drawing, from start to finish, with Photoshop. I don’t exactly HATE this attempt, but it’s not here I want to be. It’s too smooth, which is NOT how I draw with a pencil and paper! Plus, this is about an hour and a half of work, so I’ll have to carve out more time to draw.
I was drawing from a really small photo taped to my screen, which doesn’t always work so well with my eyesight lately (!) so next time I’ll use a larger image as a reference.
